Who in our lives has nudged us, if just a bit, to be better people?
On November 4th UUCL favorite Rev. Dick Hood returned from a summer in Maine. We will celebrate a service combining the Hispanic "Day of the Dead" tradition and the Christian tradition of All Souls Day. It will be a time of remembering, honoring, and, (yes) celebrating. Please come to church with a picture or beloved object of someone deceased that you can share with everyone, along with a brief description why that person was so special. While we mourn our losses, we celebrate the gifts left to each of us. Sadness and happiness both have a place in our remembrance.
