Sermons and Services
With Flag Day just as, Fathers' Day today, and the summer solstice (high point in the life cycle of the Sung King of the Celtic tradition), and Independence Day just ahead of us, perhaps it's a good time to reconsider our founding fathers and the close connections between their vision of political democracy and Unitarian Universalism. Holley Ulbrich is a retired professor of economics from Clemson University with a post-retirement master's degree in theological studies from Emory University. She has been preaching as a lay person since 1976 when she was a Lutheran before becoming a UU in 1990. She is a member of the UUA Commission on Appraisal. This service was also live streamed.
