"It's not possible to experience constant euphoria, but if you're grateful, you can find happiness in everything." - Pharrell Williams, American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, fashion designer, and entrepreneur.
There is a lot going on in our world, some good and some not so good. If we concentrate more on the good, and look at what we can do to improve the bad, we should experience happiness for what we have, and happiness for the ways in which we make a difference.
After I die and you die, the possibility of peace will go on living in every atom in the universe. It is infinite.
The opportunity is for us, as finite beings, to encounter the infinite.
Between birth and death we have the opportunity to live in peace with our Self and those in our world.
"Be kind when possible. It is always possible." - Dalai Lama
There has been discussion about how to be kind to those we disagree with on many issues. Sometimes the best form of kindness is to say "Have a nice day", and walk away. Kindness is always possible.
“The thing the sixties did was to show us the possibilities and the responsibility that we all had. It wasn't the answer. It just gave us a glimpse of the possibility.”
― John Lennon
Just as we have learned to harness electricity, Nassim Haramein said that when we learn to engineer the Quantum Vacuum Fluctuation we will be able to build devices that utilize the energy that sustains everything.
Obviously I’m paraphrasing from his series on Gia: Quantum Revolution
“Ain’t no shame in holding on to grief… as long as you make room for other things too.” - “Bubbles,” The Wire, a television series
I have never watched The Wire, but this quote speaks to me. When we do experience loss, and then grief, we need to acknowledge them both - the good and bad memories. We learn so much from these experiences. However, in time we need to also make room in our hearts and minds for our thoughts and plans for the “new” life we will live.
