So glad that we as a group are talking about the importance of our physical surroundings!!!!! It is the beauty here in our low country that feeds me daily-especially when my aching body gets out of bed BUT I already have my walking clothes ready for an hour walk! I feel fantastic by the time I get home and am ready for the day. I do not think there is a pill that would help arthritis like the joy of an early morning energetic walk among nature Leave a Reply. |
